Behaviour of the staff OF RJ Enterprise at Kharghar NAVI MUMBAI
Clear offend and awkward for me from your staff the staff and commented that the levis Product which was brought from little mall Kharghar was not a product from Levis. I just requested instead of the new levis jeans if they can alter (length ) one of my new packed another levis jeans which I brought few years.
Forget about altering the way they replied embarrassed me. Is this the way you treat ?

I just reselling buy this 4-packs of t-shirts
First of all was smelling so bad so I had to put them in my washing machine and dryer after I took them out I had found that all of the t-shirts had shrunken so I had to spent on other 80 dollars because I buy a different ones.

Purchased $300 worth of gear and saved $150 for Memorial Day sales. Levi's shipped me the wrong order entirely.
Spoke with their third party customer service and they instructed I return in store for faster refund. Went to the store, clerk told me they couldn't do anything, so I asked Levi's to escalate my ticket and requested a manager contact me bc the process for returning is frustrating.
The person on the phone said a manager would call back and it would be from a private number so I should answer. Lol nope.
I reach out via email after my return is started bc Levi's really should know how terrible this process is. I wanted my items and they were holding my items and money hostage.
Levi's got back to, apologized, and offered me 15% off and free delivery one time with an online purchase.
I had a horrible experience online and they offered me a discount to continue using their faulty e-commerce platform.
Rather counterproductive, imo.
Levi's make a good product but their warehouse management systems, QA, and customer support are ISP level terrible.
Do not our chase online... Go buy in person as Levi's doesn't know how to do e-commerce.

I purchased a jacket on 12/26 and received a tracking # to follow my order. I followed it for 2 days, and on the third day it said "DELETED".
When I try it on the DHL site I get a message saying the tracking number is not found. When I try tracking on Levi's site using the order number I get a page saying the order doesn't exist. I have sent two emails and received NO response. The website's "chat" assistant doesn't work.
Their phone number gives no option to speak with a person and when I attempt to track my order using the automated system, it says that my order # and my zip code don't match (they do, I triple-checked my confirmation email). That's it. No other options...no jacket...no reply...no refund.
I'm extremely disappointed in the company, having been a loyal Levi's customer my whole life. Not after this.
I understand things can go wrong, but giving no opportunity for a customer to talk to someone to resolve a problem is bad policy.

In the past 60 days i have had three seperate pairs of Levi 505 tear in the thigh area. They fit perfect, as they should.
Plenty of room in the effected area(s). I have worn Levi's since the mid 80's and have never once had this issue. I purchase Levi's as my "good" jeans. Meaning I do not wear them to work, due to knowing they wear out at the knees fast than Wranglers, but not quite as fast as Carhartt.
At almost $70 a pair, it sickens me the quality has gone so far down hill that I cannot even wear these jeans five times without the tearing like I wore them on a jobsite for months. The most recent tear occured as I sat down for my Dr's appt today 4/1/24, completely embarrassed as the tear was lateral across my thigh from my groin area in the front.
Just amazing how far Levi's quality has sunk since their inception! These wear once the go to work jeans and now you can not even wear them to dinner!!!

My husband has been wearing levis his whole life. The last 2 years all the jeans we have purchased jave all ripped at a seam and most worn once.
We have had enough of receiving very poor quality Levi's! I have pictures of the last 5 pairs that have ripped the same way!
We work hard for our money and have been supporting Levi's for our 40 years! At this point I would lime compensation for all the defect jeans we have received immediately.

I purchased 2 pair of Levis 505 red tag blue jeans, 34W-30L from my Levis app which i had recently loaded on my phone. It took a little longer than i expected but that's ok and not the issue here.
One pair of jeans had the traditional waistband patch that you guys are famous for, and the other pair (same order) had a different waistband patch. The demin material seems to be the same, stiching too, but the one with the odd patch was not "true to size". The size indicated was correct, but they were a little snug at the waste. .
No problem though. Both pair will be fine. My question is, what's going on with the different waistband patches? The other than traditional one is less colorful and contained close, but not identical, language.
To be homest, this pair seems "less than" when compared to the 4 pair I recently purchased from J.C. Penny online. I will try to attach a picture of the differing patches so you know exactly what I am asking about. Thanks in advance for your help.
If you do not receive these pictures (and want to help with my curiosity) I'll be happy to send those with a different method.

i placed an order just now for a pair of 555 96 jeans size 31x32 in grey, and before i checked out i made sure to check the estimated arrival date, which was given as 4-5 business days. this suited me as i require these jeans by the 20th of April or 8 days.
Once i payed, however, i was met by an order confirmation stating my shipping date as the 23RD OF APRIL.
11 DAYS. i also attempted to cancel the order and was met with an error message??? can i please receive clarification as to when these will arrive?
if i cannot receive them before the 20th of April they are no good to me. i was frankly told one thing before purchasing and another thing after.

I have bought husband and sons Levis over the years..They are coming undone at the corner of the pockets..They both got 3 pair for Christmas and that was 3 months ago and already tearing from the sewn part of pockets..These jeans cost to much to be cheaply made..Its a shame that Levis has came to this will not ever by them again..

Bought three pairs of shorts at the end of summer last year and the first chance I got to wear them this year one pair split out at the back pocket

Siding with this weak crazy anti LGBTQ sports Wacko with this XX-XY line of clothing is very disappointing. I have been wearing Levi's my whole life. 67 years. That is about to change.and I will dump all that I have.
There are plenty of other brands that make nice jeans and clothing. You could have stayed quite, and kept your low pro image with the support for the community that you have created. But seems like you opened the doors and let the stray dogs in. This Riley person is just spreading Trump hatred and you fell for it.

Maybe you can come up with a Roe vs Wade line also. To destroy womans lives like you trying to do to the LGBTQ TRANS community. Maybe just have the Government tell everyone what they have to be . We then should all be sheep and March to the concentration camps like obedient sheep to the Slaughter!
