Resolved: Levis - My parcel was lost, no refund, worst customer service!
With the help of paypal, Levi refunded me. So the solution is to create a claim with your paypal account.
I bought a levi's Jacket in 26/11/15 and after more than 1 month I have not received it yet. I searched with the tracking number and it tells me : PACKAGE IS MISSING IMPORTANT INFORMATION REQUIRED FOR DELIVERY.

I contacted UPS (I-PARCEL) but they could do nothing (I live in Canada). So I send many messages to Levi's and none was answered, except one in which they tell me to contact I-PARCEL. I'm asking for a refund as my parcel seems lost forever. They did not help me.
I wish paypal will force them to refund me!
Levi's should have tried to find my parcel and refund me if they could not find it... (sorry I'm not good in english)
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $75.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
