Good Morning
My name is Ashley. Im writing this email to inform a corporate manager or trainer about the poor customer service I received this morning at the Vineland Outlet Levis store.
I came to your store to either exchange or return one pair of 311 Shaping Skinny jeans that did not fit as well as the Soft shaping skinny jeans I bought a few days earlier. I checked the outlet hours of operation as well as your website to know what time to come to your store. Both information sources said 10:00am was the opening hour.
So, when I arrived at your store at 10:20am in the rain and pulled on your door, I was surprised that it was locked. I then looked inside a window to see an employee at the register.
She was counting cash then returned the drawer, looked at me square in the face, and then continued to walk back towards the dressing rooms. I was ignored. I know she saw me.
Meanwhile several potential customers are coming up trying to get into the store. I then try to call the store and of course I was greeted with a recording stating we are not accepting calls at this time.
At 10:28am the employee came and opened the door.
I went back to the jeans section to try to find another wash I liked but ultimately chose to stand in line because I had a question about the different fitting of the same jeans.
I asked if there was another 311 shaping skinny Jean SOFT in store that i could exchange my jeans for where she proceeded to tell me that different washes fit differently.
I said okay...but do you have any more of the SOFT ones that way I could have two pairs of the ones I like. Your employee explained again different washes fit differently which was not my question. I understood answer the first tome. She was not kind and seemed irritated while explaining this to me for yet a second time.
She said I may be able to find a another 311 shaping skinny Jean SOFT by touching them. I then decided to just return the jeans, as I did not have the time to go back and touch all the jeans as she suggested. Whose got time for that?
At this point I was very frustrated. And I mentioned that the store was supposed to open at 10:00am.
She responded with I had the cash out and were short staffed. I then explained that the next time you see a customer standing outside in the rain, stick your head out and let them know youll be right with them. She said she couldnt do that because the cash was out. I said that she didnt even have to open the door!
Just say something through the glass! If she would have said Hello! Good Morning, I apologize for the store not opening at its normal time. Were experiencing a staffing shortage.
I will be right back to let you in. I apologize for the inconvenience! everything would have been fine, and I wouldnt feel as angry and compelled to spend the time to write this email.
Clearly this young lady does not know customer service.
She is not an employee you want opening your store, dealing with customers, and/or representing your brand.
I will never return to this location. This is not a way to start your Sunday morning on vacation.

Embarrassing Experience. 2nd pair of ripped jeans
I am an Elementary School Teacher. I recently experienced one of the most embarrassing moments in my Levi jeans during afternoon carpool last year.
I was walking students back and forth to their cars and between cars. All of a sudden, one of my coworkers stopped me and whispered that she could see my buttocks. For a moment, I thought she was joking, because she's such a jokester. "Seriously, you should go to the bathroom and look in the mirror", she said.
When I arrived, I turned around to discover that I had a rip from the top of my left pocket all the way down to my mid-thigh. You could see my UNDERWEAR! Boy was I embarrassed. I wasn't sure how long I'd been walking around that way or even how many students or parents actually saw it.
Several of my co-workers laughed and teased as a way of trying to make me feel better. Till this day, they still tease about it. To add insult to injury, two weeks ago, I was sitting in my desk chair and my co-worker asked, "Is that *** in your pants? What is it with you and these holes?" Here again, I'm a little embarrassed.
All I could say was, "These are Levis jeans, and I've never known them to rip! This is the 2nd time." My co-worker suggested that I reach out to the company because apparently this has happened all too many times and obviously, it wasn't a good look. I've always been a fan of Levi jeans and loyal customer. I love the fit and feel of Levis.
I'm a little disappointed. The first time this happened, I thought it was a fluke.
I've always believed this product was durable and of quality. After experiencing this for a second time, I'm a little concerned.

Im 62 years old. I have Parkinsons.
I just had a tumor removed from a nerve in my spine at L4&L5.
The surgeon was not able to get all of it because it was coming out of the nerve. She took what she could and cut bone to make a pocket for what was left. I start chemo on the 21st of April. I have no one to help me.
Im not 65 and Medicaid will not help with a CNA. I have fallen twice in the shower. The first time I cut my noise and had a black eye. The second time I broke my little finger on my left hand.
I cant set in the tub for 3 more weeks because of my incision so I have to take a shower.
The thing that bothers me most is I have bought your pants for 50 years and your company had to say what they did about Georgias voting law.
Im sorry but I cant buy your pants anymore. Im not a racist.

Worst Experience
I bought a 5 11 jean from levis store in Tsawwassen mall (Vancouver BC). Which got ripped off after 6 months.
I talked to customer service and they sent me a another style one because they donot have the similar style. So I didnt like that pant beacuse it was so baggy. I went to same store with my online receipt to exchange it with one i will like. But they were not helpful at all.
As i was trying to explain her that it already took me 20 days to get the pant and i dont want to send it back, as i find it easiest way to exchange it in store, which most of the stores do for the online purchase. But instead of listening to me the girl working over there yelled at me. Which was a worst customer service experience i ever had in my life. I dont know her name but it happened today ( jan 08,2021 3:00pm).
Which made me leave the store immidiately.
I didnt even felt it necessery to pick up my pant which i wants to get exchanged as she was so rude. I will mention it again it was the worst customer service throughout my life and i would like to reach and talk to your highest posted person in the company if you can give me his/her contact info.
